Dorothy’s lemonade made with Meyer lemons and maple syrup turned me into a lemonade fan. This lemonade is thirst quenching and delicious served with ice.
12 Meyer or traditional lemons, squeezed and strained, about 1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
4 cups of filtered water
Pour the strained lemon juice and water into a glass pitcher. Stir in the maple syrup and serve with ice. Garnish with a strip of lemon peel. Store in covered in the refrigerator.
