Soup stock is a golden liquid made by cooking bones of meat, fish or vegetables slowly in water. Use soup stock to prepare soup, gravy or sauce.
Soup stock is the secret ingredient that adds depth and layers of taste to any ordinary dish and the origin of many great recipes. Cook a batch of meat or vegetable soup stock at least once a month and store in the freezer.
