Peanut Butter

Peanut butter is my snack of choice. A tablespoon of peanut butter solves my hunger pangs in moments and a sandwich from this heavenly spread found in a bookbag, a life saver.


2 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy, unsalted, without added sugar)
1 tablespoon cherry preserves (optional)

Serve on Ezekiel 4:9® bread or Ryvita® crackers.

  • Purchase a peanut butter that has only peanuts. Use a spoon or chopstick to stir until all
    of the oil is evenly distributed. If calories are an issue, remove some of the oil. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
  • Purchase a jam or jelly packed with whole pieces of fruit and cooked with minimal amounts
    of sugar.
